BIOGRAPHY

Professor Chen is a research associate professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Ohio State University. Dr. Chen’s research interests include ground penetrating radar technology, radio frequency harvesting, novel radar systems (vehicle obstacle detection, insect tracking, RFID), buried target detection/classification, UWB antenna designs, UWB dual-polarization feed/probe antenna designs for antenna and RCS ranges, compact/low-profile antenna designs for communication and navigation systems. He has published many journal papers and several book chapters in these areas.
